Because we sell a perishable food product, our cancellation and return window is tied to dispatch, not delivery.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it has shipped. To cancel, email office@graycup.org or call/WhatsApp +91 85279 14317 with your order details. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns
As black pepper is a consumable food product, we do not accept returns once an order has shipped, except where the item arrives damaged, spoiled, or different from what you ordered.
Damaged, wrong, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Refund method and timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Cashfree. Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
