Bulk Black Pepper is operated by Gray Cup Enterprises Private Limited (GSTIN 06AAMCG4985H1Z4), FSSAI license 23326008000195, registered at FF122, Rodeo Drive Mall, GT Road, TDI City, Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana - 131030, India.
Products
We sell single-origin Indian black pepper, retail by the pack (100g–1kg) and wholesale by the kilo. Product listings, descriptions, and pricing for every item we sell are published on our retail and wholesale pages, with all prices shown in Indian Rupees (INR).
Orders and payment
Orders are placed through our checkout and paid for online via Cashfree, our payment processor. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully captured. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud, in which case any payment already made will be refunded in full.
Pricing
All prices listed on the site are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without prior notice; the price shown at checkout at the time of order is the price charged.
Shipping
We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines vary by location and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to the customer on delivery.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing law
